THE VICTORY LAB JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Lab Rats Racing Development Program
The Lab Rats Development Program supports under 19 riders who are racing or wish to start racing, from anywhere in the world. With a strong passion for mountain biking and athlete development, The Victory Lab offers a program that supports advanced riders as they progress through structured training, race preparation, and high-performance pathways. Whether your goal is to dominate the local races or become a professional elite rider, The Victory Lab can help guide you to reach your goals. With Head Coach Nathan Rennie personally overseeing this program, you will learn from and be able to pick the brain of a world champion professional rider. Learn how a rainbow jersey buys a depth of knowledge and experience that theory and inexperienced coaches cannot replicate.
Monthly Subscription: $350AUD
Through a combination of structured group and individual sessions, race support, team collaboration, and opportunities to connect with other riders creates an environment where athletes can build confidence, improve performance, and enjoy the journey.
Includes:
- 2 webinars or masterclass per month (covering topics such as race prep, race analysis and strategy, on and off the bike training, media training, promoting yourself, navigating sponsorships, anti-doping, etc.)
- 2 virtual one-on-one sessions (with additional check-ins prior to racing)
- a guaranteed spot in The Victory Lab's MTB Academy weekly after-school advanced class beginning in Term 4 (at a reduced rate)
- on and off the bike training programs (custom programs will be at an additional cost)
- race support (in-person or virtually)
- access to The Victory Lab pit tent at races which includes a mechanic, refreshments, a place to rest and regroup, etc. (The Victory Lab will notify all Lab Rat riders of the races they will be attending)
- Team Jersey
- Pathways into the AusCycling and National Development camps
- Continued Team support even after riders graduate into Elite racing
- Lab Rats Team portal which will include training resources, race information and the opportunity to connect with other Lab Rats (currently under construction)
Lat Rats Racing is ongoing and accepts registrations at any time (cost will depend on number of virtual and in-person sessions the rider registers for, tailored race prep, tailored training programs, etc). Riders accepted into the Jr Development Program will have the opportunity to be a part of the Rennie's Lab Rats Racing Team.

The monthly subscription does not suit your needs or budget? The Victory Lab offers the same high-quality services individually. You can pick and choose what you would like to join or the area you need to work on. This is perfect for riders who already have training in place but need to fill in some gaps (full price list below).
